Support Hours & Response Times

Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (PST). We aim to respond within one business day and resolve most issues within 2–3 business days depending on complexity and required investigation.

Troubleshooting

  • Force close and reopen the app, then try again.
  • Check your internet connection and device OS is up to date.
  • Ensure app permissions (Location, Notifications, Camera if required) are enabled.
  • If the issue persists, include screenshots, steps to reproduce, and app version in your message.

Report a Bug

Please describe the problem, steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, device model, OS version, and app version. Send reports to support@kvanz.com.

Account & Billing Support

Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, emailsupport@kvanz.comfrom the email associated with your account. We will confirm and process your request in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable regulations.
